About the event

Many people, including me, have had this idea that suffering when disconnected from a conversation is more polite than interrupting. Actually, it is a gift if we guess what the other person may be wanting and share what we are longing for from a place of self-responsibility. Come join us and we will explore interrupting with love and joy!
Interactive exercises exploring:
• underlying beliefs that could keep us from interrupting
• keeping our mouths shut then feeling bored and disconnected
• believing it's rude to interrupt
• truth without triggering trauma
