Reinventing the Wheel with your Inner Child

How do you navigate the road from stimulus to response? Is it fast and bumpy or slow and smooth? Does the road often end in internal or external conflict? Many of us travel this road with little guidance or input from our inner selves. How far can when we design our choices by tending to our needs? Our goal for this workshop is for people to enjoy imagining how they want to modify their inner landscape in real practical ways. We will plan and begin to create our own 2-D 'wheels of choice' to aid us in blazing new trails of behavior.
