If you’ve ever heard me talk about Nonviolent Communication (NVC), you’ve probably heard the story that changed my life:A cassette tape titled “NVC and Buddhism.”
On it, Aniruddha recounts being held up at knifepoint while in the UK. Instead of reacting with fear or anger, he met the moment with radical compassion. His calm, grounded presence disarmed the attacker—not just emotionally, but spiritually. He walked away unharmed and transformed.
