Empathy for Mortals - In-person event has passed

In this workshop, we will be working on the skill of making yourself available for compassionately listening, accepting and supporting someone. This is done while maintaining your boundaries and without judgement. This is a conscious act of being fully present, and identifying what the other person’s feelings and needs are in the moment, while holding ourselves with care simultaneously.

In this practice we will learn the different ways of holding space and how to do so for challenging experiences others may be having.
