About the event

Holding space is a phrase that is being used in many healing and compassionate communication circles. In the context of this workshop holding space is making yourself available for compassionately listening, accepting and supporting someone. This is done while maintaining your boundaries and without judgement. Holding space is a conscious act of being fully present, and identifying what the other person’s feelings and needs are in the moment.

In this practice we will learn the different ways of holding space and how to do so for challenging experiences others may be having.
