For this workshop, I am asking you to bring to mind a situation when you have perceived either a person or a group as different from you. And you would actually like to connect. This workshop is an opportunity for a hard look at yourself and the source of your reactivity.
Be open to the shift hitting the fan. It may look messy at first and smell bad AND it can be transformed from compost into a flower. “No Mud No Lotus” as my teacher Thich Nhat Hanh likes to say.
