About the event
Chris Hartstein, NVC Coach and Facilitator leads this engaging session, where we dive deep into the practical application of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to strengthen connection and resolve conflicts. Through guided role-plays and real-world scenarios (please bring one!), you'll be invited to step into the "shoes" of those you may have challenges with, gaining a powerful sense of their perspective. This practice is not just about learning a technique—it’s about embodying empathy and understanding, making it a valuable tool for personal growth and improved communication.
